Instructions
Prepare the Ingredients
If using fresh mangoes, peel and cut them into pieces, then blend them to make the pulp. Otherwise, use canned mango pulp.
Blend the Mixture
In a blender, combine the mango pulp, yogurt, milk, and sugar. Add the cardamom powder & honey if you like.
Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth and creamy. If you prefer a chilled lassi, add some ice cubes and blend again
Taste the lassi and adjust the sweetness by adding more sugar if necessary.
Serve
